Which Terminal does Avianca fly from in Miami?

  • Delayed or damaged baggage- A Baggage self-management form should be filled out within 48 hours of flight arrival, including all the necessary details like tag number, contact details, and destination. If the report is being submitted after 48 hours of arrival, the Complaints form should be filled out. 

All reports and complaints for delayed baggage should be made within 21 days.

  • Lost Baggage- Options for reporting include:

ID and a boarding pass are required to claim a forgotten or lost item. 

Note: The airline keeps lost baggage for 2 months from the date of being found, after which they are destroyed.
