The Central Terminal is the Air Europa Terminal at Miami Airport. All flight operations of the Airline occur through Concourse E of this terminal.   • Delayed Baggage- Report the delay to the staff at the airlines’ counter at MIA or online within 24 hours of flight arrival. Filing a report generates the PIR (Property Irregularity Report) reference number, which can be used to track the status of baggage. If not received, a Baggage search form(72 hours) or claim form(after 21 days) should be filled out and sent to cat.equipajes@cs.aireuropa.com.  

  • Damaged Baggage- Contact the airline staff at the airport and file a PIR. A claim form can be filled out and emailed to cat.equipajes@cs.aireuropa.com for repair or replacement.
